Complete the scholarship application and submit before March 15!
The Equity for the Future Scholarship is established through Alliance for Greater Equity, a non-profit
that helps advance equity and works to create a cohesive community where everyone has a sense of belonging. This scholarship will support students from the underrepresented or historically marginalized community who are pursuing a post-secondary education. In supporting these students, Alliance hopes to increase diversity among students entering post-secondary institutions and to promote equity in access to higher education.
The application opens January 15, 2025 and submissions will be accepted through March 15, 2025. The Scholarship will award multiple, one-time annual scholarships ranging from $500 to $2500 to students who are pursuing a post-secondary degree and identify as African-American, Latino, Indigenous, Asian-American or a POC (person of color).
Scholarship recipients will be selected and notified by April 1, 2025 and funds will disbursed prior to the start of fall semester.
Scholarship recipients will be invited to attend AGE’s Sneaker Ball celebration on April 12th at Torey’s to be honored as part of the scholarship program. For those recipients not able to attend, AGE will coordinate the award process separately.
