DEI Training & Resources

Overview

Alliance for Greater Equity’s mission toward equity and belonging in the community means that we want to be a valuable resource for individuals, businesses, and organizations striving to create more inclusive environments.

In the past, we have hosted workshops, business training events, book clubs, and community education sessions to foster learning and discussion around inclusive and equitable practices and to promote cultural understanding.

Currently, we are working on developing a community training program tailored to meet the unique needs of organizations and individuals looking to take action around being truly inclusive.

AGE is always open to tailoring specific training or workshops or even simply brainstorming or serving as a resource for the community. You or your organization can contact us about current needs, issues in your workplace or neighborhoods, special sessions or education opportunities that you would like to collaborate on with AGE.

Through collaboration, education, and advocacy, we empower communities and organizations to embrace diversity, build stronger connections, and work toward a future where equity is not just an ideal but a lived reality for everyone.
